1. THE SERVICES

LOS Suites, operated by AVŞARLAR DAYANIKLI TÜKETİM MALLARI İNŞAAT TAAHHÜT TURİZM TİCARET VE SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, offers hotel reservation services (the “Services”) through the Site. The Services allow you to make reservations at hotels managed under the LOS Suites brand. These Services are provided in accordance with these Terms and our Terms of Use.

2. RESERVATION PROCESS

To make a reservation through our Site, follow these steps:

  • Select the desired Suite.
  • Choose your arrival and departure dates, and indicate the number of adults and/or children.
  • Select the type of suite and proceed to booking.
  • Review your reservation summary and make any necessary modifications.
  • Fill in the "Guest Information" form with your identity and contact details (mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk).
  • Choose a payment guarantee method from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
  • Confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate box.
  • Click "book now" to finalize your reservation.

Please note that no payment is made on the Site. Credit card information is required only to guarantee the reservation. After completing the reservation process, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. If prepayment is required, you will also receive a payment link to complete the prepayment within 48 hours.

3. NO WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

In accordance with Turkish Consumer Law, you cannot withdraw from your reservation once it is confirmed according to the process described above.

4. CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION

Cancellations or modifications to your reservation may incur fees. The Hotel is entitled to charge a cancellation fee or the full reservation amount, depending on the Terms and Conditions applicable to your reservation. Any irregular, incomplete, or fraudulent reservations may result in cancellation without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Hotel and/or LOS Suites.

5. NO SHOW

If you do not show up for your reservation and have not canceled, the following will apply:

  • Prepaid reservations: The prepayment will be retained by the Hotel.
  • Credit card guaranteed reservations: The Hotel will charge your credit card a compensatory amount equivalent to the full reservation cost.

Your reservation will be canceled without charge unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT

6.1 Prices

Prices are displayed during the reservation process and are indicated per room for the selected number of persons and dates. Prices include applicable taxes (including VAT) at the rate applicable on the reservation date. If payment is made in a different currency, exchange fees will be borne by you. Additional services (e.g., breakfast, laundry, transfers) are not included unless specified.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the reservation type. You will always be required to provide credit card information to guarantee the reservation. Prepayment may be required for some reservations, while others may be paid in full during your stay at the Hotel. For reservations with multiple rooms, the prepayment for one room will serve as a guarantee for all rooms.

7. PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site. By using our Services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

8. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure, defined by Turkish law, that prevents a party from fulfilling its obligations, those obligations will be suspended without liability. The affected party must notify the other party as soon as possible. If the force majeure continues for more than 30 days or permanently prevents performance, either party may terminate the agreement by written notice, effective upon receipt.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your reservation will be handled first through our Customer Service (email: info@lossuites.com, mail: Öğretmenevleri, 915. Sk. No 4, 07130 Konyaaltı Antalya, Turkey, or phone: [Customer Service Number]). If unresolved, disputes may be referred to a consumer mediator or the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Board. Unresolved disputes may be brought to the competent courts of Turkey.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms represent the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Failure by either party to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid ones that best achieve the original intent.
