Los Suites House Rules

• Check-in/Check-out:

  Check-in begins at 2 PM to ensure your suite is fully prepared for your arrival. Check-out time is by 12 AM. If you require any flexibility with these times, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Charges may be applied

• Quiet Hours:

  To maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests, we observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask that you keep noise to a minimum, particularly in common areas and outdoor spaces.

• No Smoking:

  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the suites and common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly to keep our premises clean.

• Pets:

  For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed in our suites. This helps us maintain a clean, allergy-free environment.

• Cleanliness:

  We ask that you keep the suite tidy during your stay. Please use the trash bins provided and avoid leaving food out, which can attract pests. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the suite is left excessively dirty or damaged.

• Visitors:

  Guests are responsible for their visitors. Please ensure that any visitors comply with these house rules. Overnight stays by unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval from the management.

• Security:

  For your safety and the safety of others, please lock all doors and windows when you leave the suite. LOS Suites is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Safe deposit boxes are available in each suite for your valuables.

• Parking:

  Complimentary parking is available for guests. Please park in designated areas and display the provided parking permit at all times. Ensure that your vehicle is locked and valuables are not left in plain sight.

• Emergency:

  In case of an emergency, please contact the front desk immediately. Emergency contact numbers are provided in your suite's information booklet. Familiarize yourself with the nearest emergency exits.

• Respect:

  We strive to provide a respectful and welcoming environment for all our guests. Please treat the property, staff, and fellow guests with courtesy. Any disruptive behavior, including excessive noise, partying, or damage to property, may result in termination of your stay.

• Pool Area:

  For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please adhere to the following rules in the pool area:

  • Hours of Operation:

    The pool is open from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. Please do not use the pool outside of these hours.

  • No Lifeguard on Duty:

    Swim at your own risk. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • Shower Before Entering:

    Please rinse off in the shower before entering the pool to maintain water quality.

  • No Diving:

    Diving is not permitted in the pool area due to shallow water depth.

  • No Glass Containers:

    Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area for safety reasons. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers.

  • Food and Drinks:

    Please enjoy food and drinks in the designated areas. Avoid bringing food and drinks into the pool.

  • Proper Attire:

    Appropriate swimwear is required in the pool. Street clothes, including jeans and shoes, are not allowed in the pool.

  • Pool Furniture:

    Do not reserve pool furniture. Towels left unattended on furniture for extended periods will be removed.

  • Inflatables and Toys:

    Only small inflatables and toys are allowed. Large floats and rafts are prohibited to ensure space for all guests.

  • Respectful Behavior:

    Please be considerate of other guests in the pool area. Avoid loud music, running, or any disruptive behavior.

• Stairs:

  For the safety and comfort of all guests, please do not run or shout in the stairways. This helps maintain a peaceful atmosphere and prevents accidents.

• Garbage Disposal:

  Guests are responsible for disposing of their own garbage. There is a bin located in front of the building for your convenience. Garbage bags are available upon request. Please do not leave garbage bags or shoes in front of the suite doors to keep common areas clean and accessible.
